For education. Against food waste.
Vegetarian delicacies conjured up from surplus food from the Swiss food bank, created by four professional chefs. An evening for a good cause with fantastic food and musical entertainment at the Pestalozzi Children's Village. Reserve a place for yourself and your companion.
The Charity-Tavolata combines food with education. Instead of sitting at a school desk, you will be inspired by vegetarian delicacies created from surplus food from the Swiss food bank. In the cosy atmosphere of the Pestalozzi Children's Village, you will experience culinary excellence, musical entertainment and all for a good cause.

We recommend travelling to the Charity Tavolata by public transport. From St. Gallen, take the S21 to Trogen railway station. Afterwards you can enjoy the view on a short walk into the village and there is limited parking available at the Pestalozzi Children's Village. There are other car parks in the surrounding area.
The charity tavolata takes place whatever the weather. If the sun is shining, take a seat outside in the centre of the children's village. If the weather is bad, we will make sure that you don't get your feet wet and stay completely dry.
