A will can be drawn up at any time. If you write your will yourself, you must fulfill the following 3 points: 1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to judge. 2. It must be handwritten from start to finish. (It is not enough to sign a text written on the computer.) 3. It must contain the place, date and signature.
