Kinder-Justizia - Heroine of children's rights
From February to the end of October, the Forum Schweizer Geschichte Schwyz is showing the exhibition "Working Children", which looks at the various aspects of children's work in the 19th and 20th centuries. What if?
For the fifth time, young people from all over Europe have been looking at the future of Europe as part of the European Youth Forum Trogen (EYFT). Enchanted children's village
For four days, the varied Winter Magic programme enchanted the Pestalozzi Children's Village and its visitors. Thanks to the light trail, candle-drawing, a visit from Father Christmas, a cinema evening and a concert by Max Berend and band, the winter atmosphere was not neglected.
Pestalozzi Children's Village feeling at Swissdidac
Switzerland's largest educational meeting place - Swissdidac - is history. For three days, one highlight followed another. Our radio bus and the children and young people who put life into our bus and our stand took centre stage.
Children's rights: New teaching material for schools
In collaboration with three other organisations, the Pestalozzi Children's Village has developed educational teaching material for schools on children's rights with a focus on a "clean, healthy and sustainable environment". It is now available for download.
The third, but not the last visit
Marianne Nitsche was twice in an exchange project in the Pestalozzi Children's Village as a child. Today she is a teacher and is in Trogen with her class for a theme project week.
